The overall goal is “revamping in promotion, photo-shoots, website makeover, and our overall inner workings, it is basically remaking a name for ourselves,” states CEO, Chasity Mims.
“Most companies in today’s hair business are not held reliable for bad hair or customer service, we want to guarantee the customer is pleased.” She takes pride in the reputation of her brand and this sometimes meant paying out of pocket.
Building relationships has been the key to her thriving company and she has traveled the globe bringing overall satisfaction to her clients.
“The one thing that’s amazing is the networking. The hair business has introduced me to people I would have never met and provided me with an opportunity to cross promote,” she says.
