
Finding a man willing to "twerk something" isn't easy but Get Above the Bar members, Llarance Turner & William Harwell stepped up for the challenge.
G.A.B teamed up Crystal Wall of MixFitz Studio for a morning of cardio.
Crystal and her team of fitness instructors combine Zumba with other dance techniques creating several workout routines for every woman.
"We make our own rules," states Crystal. MixFitz encourages women to have fun, keep it sexy, and most importantly -leave it on the floor!
Surrounded by a room full of beautiful ladies, L.T. and Will got their blood flowing and adrenaline rushing as they rolled, clapped, and twerked up a sweat.
"It's not in our nature to Zumba because we don't want to seem like a 'girl' but that was the most fun I have ever had with cardio," states L.T.
